Grey boards, green film, black spots under the planters. Most of that isn't dirt on top of the wood, it's mold and oxidation in it. Our formula goes on first and does the lifting, so the rinse can stay gentle and the boards don't come out fuzzy.

Cedar & pressure-treated
Weathered grey lifts off and the original colour comes back. We keep pressure low so the soft grain isn't torn up or furred.
Composite decking
Composite stains too: mold in the grooves, pollen, grease from the barbecue. The formula is safe on composite and doesn't harm the finish.
Ready for stain
Staining over a dirty deck doesn't last. A proper wash is the first step, and we can leave it clean and dry for your stain.

The whole structure, not just the floor: railings, spindles, stair treads and the lattice underneath.

- Is pressure washing bad for a wood deck?
- Too much pressure is. It tears the grain and leaves the boards fuzzy. We let the formula do the cleaning and rinse at a pressure that suits the wood.
- Will it void my composite warranty?
- Composite makers warn against high pressure and harsh chemicals. We use low pressure and a formula that's safe on composite finishes. If you have your manufacturer's care sheet, send it along and we'll follow it.
- How soon can I stain after cleaning?
- Usually after two or three dry days. We'll tell you on the day based on the wood and the weather.
